I want do research for Master of Philosophy degree these two topics. Can you choose them one of for me please? These are my research titles.

1.    A study of Buddhist social characteristics of five precepts

2.    The analyses of the universal characteristics of preserving five precepts

I think that someone become part of one’s life. There are five important aspects of life. This era some children very bad and they don’t know about religion exactly. If they know about religion will be abstain from killing, stealing, sexual misconduct, lying and drink that cause heedlessness. And then, what they observe characteristics to be gentleman the present life. If they observance of the fifth precepts not only contributes to happiness in the life and peace in society, it also prepares a person for the practice of Mental Development.

I think that according to the teachings of the Buddha, in order to understand the five precepts exactly one must clearly observe and abandon the latent tendencies. Later, he will free from all suffering. So, I want this era children to give knowledge and to know the five precepts are very important for the universal people and go to free from suffering.

That why, you want me to confirm about this research title for my master of philosophy degree.

လူသားအားလံုးနဲ႔ဆုိင္ေသာ ငါးပါးသီလကုိယ္က်င့္တရားမ်ားကုိ ခြဲျခမ္းစိတ္ျဖာတင္ျပျခင္းဆုိတဲ့ ေခါင္းစဥ္ကုိ ေရးခ်င္ပါတယ္။ ဘာျဖစ္လုိ႔လဲဆုိေတာ့ သီလနဲ႔ပတ္သတ္ၿပီး လူငယ္ေတြ သိပ္နားမလည္ၾကလုိ႔ပါ။ တကယ္လုိ႔ သီလအေၾကာင္းကုိ လူငယ္ေတြနားလည္မယ္ဆုိရင္ သူတုိ႔ဟာ ငါးပါးသီလကုိ ေန႔စဥ္ေစာင့္ထိန္းၾကလိမ့္မယ္။ အဲဒီလုိ ေစာင့္ထိန္းမယ္ဆုိရင္ သူတုိ႔ရဲ႕ မ်က္ေမွာက္ဘ၀မွာလည္း လူေတာ္လူေကာင္းေလးေတြျဖစ္မယ္။ ေနာက္ဘ၀ေတြမွာလည္း ခ်မ္းသာသုခနဲ႔ျပည့္စံုၿပီး ေနာက္ဆံုး မဂ္ဖုိလ္နိဗၺာန္ကုိပါ ေရာက္သြားႏုိင္ပါတယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ သီလအေၾကာင္းကုိ ဦးဇင္းအေနနဲ႔
ပညာေပးခ်င္တဲ့အတြက္ ေရးခ်င္တာပါလုိ႔ ေျပာခဲ့ပါတယ္။
အဲဒီအခါမွာ ပါေမာကၡက what is Sila? သီလဆုိတာ ဘာလဲတဲ့ ေမးပါတယ္။ ဒါနဲ႔ ဦးဇင္းကလည္း သီလဆုိတာ ပါဠိေတာ္မွာေတာ့ အၿမဲေလ့က်င့္လုိက္နာေစာင့္ထိန္းတာကုိ သီလလုိ႔ ေခၚပါတယ္။ Habitaul action is Sila in the Pali literature. If we do something again and again in everyday, it is called habit and Sila.

အဲဒီလုိလည္း ဦးဇင္းက ေျပာလုိက္ေရာ သူက ဆက္ေျပာပါတယ္။ If we are doing something from time to time, it is not habit or Sila. If we take precepts at full moon day only, it is not habit and Sila. It may be once a week, once a month and once a year, it can not be called as habitual action or Sila. If someone takes the precepts in day to day life, it is called as habitual action and Sila.

ေကာင္းလုိက္တဲ့ အေျပာေတြပါပဲ။ တစ္ရက္တေလမွ ေစာင့္ထိန္းတဲ့သီလ၊ တစ္ပါတ္မွ တစ္ခါသာ ေစာင့္ထိန္းတဲ့သီလ၊ တစ္လမွ တစ္ခါသာ ေစာင့္ထိန္းတဲ့ သီလမ်ိဳးကုိ သီလလုိ႔ မေခၚႏုိင္ပါဘူးတဲ့။ ေန႔စဥ္ေန႔တုိင္း အၿမဲမျပတ္ ေစာင့္ထိန္းလုိက္နာက်င့္သံုးမွသာ အဲဒါကုိ သီလလုိ႔ေခၚသလုိ အဲဒီလူကုိလည္း သီလရွိသူလုိ႔ ေခၚပါသတဲ့။

အဲဒီေတာ့ ဦးဇင္းတုိ႔ ဗုဒၶဘာသာ၀င္ေတြ ထင္ေနတာက တစ္ပါတ္တစ္ခါေလာက္ သီလလံုၿခံဳတဲ့လူကုိ သီလရွိသူလုိ႔ ထင္ေနပါတယ္။ ဒါဟာ မွားပါတယ္။ ဘာျဖစ္လုိ႔လဲဆုိေတာ့ ေန႔စဥ္မျပတ္ ငါးပါးသီလလံုၿခံဳတဲ့သူမွသာ အဲဒီလူကုိ သီလရွိသူလုိ႔ ေခၚဆုိႏုိင္ပါတယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ မိမိတုိ႔ဟာ တစ္ပါတ္တစ္ခါသာ ေစာင့္ျဖစ္တဲ့ဥပုသ္သီလေလးရွိတာကုိ အားရမေနဘဲ တကယ္သီလရွိသူျဖစ္ဖုိ႔အတြက္ ငါးပါးသီလကုိ ေန႔စဥ္လံုၿခံဳေအာင္ ေစာင့္ထိန္းႏုိင္ဖုိ႔ လုိပါတယ္။

ဒါျပင္ ပါေမာကၡက သီလနဲ႔ပတ္သတ္သမွ်ကုိ မင့္သိသေလာက္ေျပာစမ္းပါဆုိေတာ့ ဦးဇင္းကလည္း ကုိယ္ဖတ္ထားတဲ့ဟာေတြကုိ ေျပာျပလုိက္တာေပါ့။ ဘယ္လုိေျပာျပလုိက္သလဲဆုိေတာ့

4.    Security of good name, fame

5.    Security of health.

And then, the five aspects of life are related to the five precepts like that. There are

3.    By observing the third precepts, we can get the security of family life.

4.    By observing the fourth precepts, we can get the security of good name.

5.    By observing the fifth precepts, we can get the security of health.

ငါးပါးသီလဟာ လူသားတုိင္း ေစာင့္ထိန္းရမဲ့သီလလုိ႔ ျမတ္ဗုဒၶမိန္႔ခဲ့တာဟာ တကယ္မွန္ပါတယ္။ ဘာျဖစ္လုိ႔လဲဆုိေတာ့ လူ႔ဘ၀မွာ လူသားတစ္ေယာက္အတြက္ အလုိအပ္ဆံုးအရာဟာ (၅)ခ်က္ရွိပါတယ္။ အဲဒါေတြကေတာ့

(၁) ဘ၀ရဲ႕ လံုၿခံဳမႈ၊ အႏၱရာယ္ကင္းမႈ။

(၂) ဘ၀ရဲ႕ျပည့္စံုခ်မ္းသာမႈ။

(၃) မိသားစုဘ၀ျပည့္စံုေပ်ာ္ရႊင္မႈ။

(၄) ဂုဏ္သတင္းေက်ာ္ေစာမႈ။

(၅) က်န္းမာေရးေကာင္းမြန္မႈ။

ဒီငါးခ်က္ဟာ လူ႔တစ္ေယာက္အတြက္ အေရးႀကီးတဲ့ အခ်က္ေတြ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ တကယ္လုိ႔သာ ဒီငါးခ်က္ကုိ ျပည့္စံုခ်င္တယ္ဆုိရင္ အဲဒီငါးခ်က္ဟာ ငါးပါးသီလနဲ႔ ဆက္စပ္ေနတဲ့အတြက္ ငါးပါးသီလကုိ လံုၿခံဳပါက ရရွိမွာ အမွန္ပါ။ ငါးပါးသီလနဲ႔ဘယ္လုိဆက္ႏြယ္ေနသလဲဆုိေတာ့

သူ႔တစ္ပါးအသက္ မသတ္ရင္ ဘ၀မွာ အသက္အႏၱရာယ္မႀကံဳရပါ။

သူတစ္ပါးပစၥည္းကုိ မခုိးရင္ ခ်မ္းသာပါလိမ့္မယ္။

သူတစ္ပါးသားမယားကုိ မျပစ္မွားရင္ မိသားစုဘ၀ ေပ်ာ္ရႊင္စြာ ေနရပါလိမ့္မယ္။

သူတစ္ပါးကုိ လိမ္မေျပာရင္ ဂုဏ္သတင္းေက်ာ္ေစာမႈ၊ ခ်ီးက်ဳးခံရမႈေတြ ရပါလိမ့္မယ္။

အရက္ေသစာ မေသာက္စားရင္ က်န္းမာေရး ေကာင္းပါလိမ့္မယ္။

ဒါေတြဟာ ငါးပါးသီလေစာင့္ထိန္းျခင္းရဲ႕ အက်ိဳးရလဒ္ အက်ဥ္းခ်ဳပ္ပါ။ အက်ယ္ကုိ မိမိတုိ႔ဉာဏ္နဲ႔ ခ်ဲ႕ျမင္စဥ္းစားၾကည့္ပါက အမ်ားႀကီးသက္ဆုိင္တယ္ဆုိတာ သိရပါလိမ့္မယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ ငါးပါးသီလကုိ ျမတ္ဗုဒၶမပြင့္ကတည္းက လူသားေတြဟာ ေစာင့္ထိန္းခဲ့ၾကျခင္း ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ျမတ္ဗုဒၶပြင့္ေတာ္မူေတာ့လည္း ဒီငါးပါးသီလဟာ လူသားအားလံုးရဲ႕ ကိုယ္က်င့္တရားျဖစ္လုိ႔ မျဖစ္မေန ေစာင့္ထိန္းလုိက္နာရမဲ့ အရာေတြပါလုိ႔ မိန္႔ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ မိမိတုိ႔လူသားမ်ားအားလံုး ငါးပါးသီလကုိေတာ့ လံုၿခံဳေအာင္ထိန္းႏုိင္ဖုိ႔ အထူးလုိအပ္လွပါတယ္။

ဒါကေတာ့ ဦးဇင္းနဲ႔ ပါေမာကၡခ်ဳပ္တုိ႔ရဲ႕ အေမးအေျဖေလးတခ်ိဳ႕ကုိ အခ်ိန္ရသေလာက္ ေရးေပးလုိက္တာပါ။ ေနာက္မွ က်န္တာေတြကုိ ဆက္ေရးပါဦးမယ္။ အဲဒီလုိ ဦးဇင္းက ကုိယ္ေရးခ်င္တာကုိ အျပန္အလွန္ျငင္းခံုေဆြးေႏြးခဲ့ေပမဲ့ ပါေမာကၡခ်ဳပ္က မင့္လုပ္မဲ့ M.phil ဘြဲ႕က ျမင့္တယ္။ ဒီလုိေခါင္းစဥ္နဲ႔ေတာ့ မရဘူးတဲ့။ ဒီေခါင္းစဥ္က B.A M.A ေတြေရးတဲ့ ေခါင္းစဥ္တဲ့။ အဲဒီေတာ့ ဒီထက္ျမင့္တဲ့အရာေတြကုိ ေရးပါတဲ့။ ဥပမာ-ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံႏွင့္သီရိလကၤာႏုိင္ငံ ဒါယကာ-ဒါယိကာမတုိ႔ရဲ႕ ကြဲျပားေသာအခ်က္အလက္မ်ားကုိ ႏႈိင္းယွဥ္တင္ျပျခင္း၊ ဒါမွမဟုတ္ ရဟန္းေတာ္မ်ားရဲ႕ မတူကြဲျပားမႈကုိ ႏႈိင္းယွဥ္တင္ျပျခင္း၊ ဒါမဟုတ္ က်မ္းတစ္ခုကုိ ထပ္မံဖြင့္ဆုိတင္ျပပါ၊ ဒါမွမဟုတ္ ပါဠိေတာ္မ်ားကုိ ထပ္ဖြင့္တင္ျပတဲ့ ဋီကာက်မ္းမ်ားကုိ အဂၤလိပ္ျပန္ပါတဲ့။

ဆရာေျပာတဲ့ေခါင္းစဥ္ေတြက ကိုယ္စိတ္မ၀င္စားတဲ့အရာေတြ ျဖစ္ေနပါတယ္။ က်မ္းေရးရမွာဆုိေတာ့ ကုိယ္စိတ္၀င္စားတဲ့အရာျဖစ္ရမယ္။ ကုိယ္ေလ့လာမ်ားတဲ့ဟာ ျဖစ္မွသာ ေကာင္းေကာင္းေရးႏုိင္မွာေလ။ ေနာက္ၿပီး ဦးဇင္းက လူေတြအတြက္ အဓိက ပုိအသံုး၀င္ အံ၀င္ခြင္က်ျဖစ္မဲ့ဟာကုိ ေရးေပးခ်င္တာေလ။ အဲဒါေၾကာင့္ ဘာကုိေရးရင္ အေကာင္းဆံုးျဖစ္မလဲဆုိတာ ဒီတစ္ပါတ္အတြင္း စဥ္းစားၿပီး ေနာက္တစ္ပါတ္မွာ သြားေဆြးေႏြးရမွာမုိ႔ ဦးဇင္းစာဖတ္ပရိသတ္မ်ားလည္း ေခါင္းစဥ္ေလးမ်ား စဥ္းစားေပးႏုိင္ရင္ စဥ္းစားေပးၾကပါဦးေလ။ ဦးဇင္းကေတာ့ ေန႔စဥ္ေခါင္းမူးေနတယ္။

ဦးဇင္းလည္း ဒီေန႔ေတြ႔ႀကံဳရရွိလုိက္တဲ့ အသိဉာဏ္ဗဟုသုတမ်ားဟာ အလြန္တရာ အသံုး၀င္တန္ဖုိးမ်ားတဲ့အျပင္ ဗုဒၶဘာသာ၀င္ေတြ မသိၾကတာက မ်ားတဲ့အတြက္ ခ်က္ျခင္းေရးလုိက္တာပါ။ ဒီအေၾကာင္းေတြကုိ အားလံုးသိရေအာင္ ဂ်ာနယ္စာေစာင္မွာပါထည့္ေပးမယ္လုိ႔ စိတ္ကူးထားပါတယ္။ ဒါေပမဲ့ ဂ်ာနယ္အတြက္ သီးသန္႔ေရးေပးဖုိ႔ အခ်ိန္မေပးႏုိင္ေသးတာနဲ႔ အြန္လုိင္းပရိသတ္ကုိ အရင္ပညာေပးလုိက္တာပါ။ ဂ်ာနယ္မွာထည့္မယ္ဆုိရင္ ေသခ်ာေလးဖတ္ေကာင္းေအာင္ အခ်ိန္ေပးရမွာမုိ႔ ေနာက္အားမွပဲ ေရးေပးေတာ့ပါမယ္။ အြန္လုိင္းမွာကေတာ့ ျဖစ္သလုိေရးလည္း ကိစၥမရွိေတာ့ ရတဲ့အခ်ိန္ကုိ ဖတ္ျဖစ္ေအာင္ေတာ့ ေရးသားေပးလုိက္ပါတယ္။

ခု ျဖန္႔ေ၀ေပးတဲ့ဗဟုသုတမ်ားကုိေတာ့ လူမ်ားမ်ားသိေလ ပုိေကာင္းေလမုိ႔ အားလံုးတက္ႏုိင္သမွ် လူသားအားလံုးရဲ႕ မ်က္စိေရွ႕ေရာက္ေအာင္ ျဖစ္ႏုိင္ရင္ ေမးလ္မ်ားကေနပါ တဆင့္ျဖန္႔ေ၀ေပးကာ ဖတ္ျဖစ္ေအာင္လည္း တုိက္တြန္းေစခ်င္ပါတယ္။ ဒါမွလည္း ဦးဇင္းျဖစ္ေစခ်င္တဲ့အတုိင္းျဖစ္ၿပီး ဦးဇင္းရဲ႕ ေစတနာေတြ ပညာဒါနေတြကလည္း ပုိမုိထေျမာက္ေအာင္ျမင္မွာျဖစ္သလုိ ျဖန္႔ေ၀ေပးသူ၊ တုိက္တြန္းေပးသူအားလံုးလည္း ပညာပါရမီျဖည့္က်င့္ရာ ေရာက္ပါတယ္။ဆက္လက္ေရးသားပါဦးမယ္။ အားလံုး အသိပညာ၊ ဗဟုသုတမ်ား တုိးပြားလ်က္ လုိရာဆႏၵျပည့္ၾကပါေစလုိ႔ ဆႏၵျပဳလ်က္……..။
